Shri Krishna history
Shri Krishna was born in Dwapara Yuga. Krishna was the eighth son of Devki and Vasudev. Shri Krishna was born in Mathura Karaagar, it was of the Kans. Devki was the sister of Kansa. So Krishna Ji’s maternal uncle was Kans. One day there was a prediction that Devki’s eighth son would kill Kansa, so from that day Kansa was waiting for Devki’s eighth son. Gradually all the children of Devki were killed and when Devki gave birth to her eighth son, a miracle happened that day all the guards of jail went to sleep and Vasudev took Krishna in a basket, crossed the Yamuna river and brought him to Nand Baba and Yashoda’s house in Gokul. Yashoda and Nand Baba brought up Krishna. Shri Krishna spent his childhood in Gokul only. And showed his activities like Raslila with Gopis, butter stolen, and hanging of Kaliya snake. Krishna even lifted Govardhan mountain on his finger. When Shri Krishna grew up, he came to Mathura and killed Kansa. After killing Kansa, Krishna cut Mathura and built Dwarka in which he lived for many years. After that Krishna also became a friend of Pandavan and a companion of Arjun in Mahabharata. At that time Krishna gave the message of Bhagavad Gita to Arjun that it is necessary to fight to protect religion. Shri Krishna died after being killed by a hunter who mistakenly mistook him for a deer. After this, he gave up his body but he is still worshipped today.
